Check the quote out below: Inspirational thoughts from my assistant Katie (today's her birthday): The point of demons is not to silence them. Silencing something does not make it go away, and nothing stays quiet forever. You must sprint, head first into your demons, look them straight in the eye, and say "I am the captain now." The point is to tell them who is boss. When you have thrived in and conquered your darkness, and the parts of yourself that you keep secret, you allow the light to radiate from your finger tips and blast the self loathing and desperation they inflict on your soul. One of them said "PREACH", another said it was surprisingly good insight from "Britney bitch" (ha impact) and a third one texted "Britney confirmed as God."

Nothing is more inspirational than hearing words like this from someone who publicly battled and does continue to battle daily although not on as large as a scale, because hearing the advise is one thing, but hearing it from someone who does it has a larger impact and makes people think "if Britney tells me this, and she did it herself, then I can do it to". I love it so much 1
