What Is The Saddest Excuse The Fanbase Makes For Britney's Dancing?

Everyone's body heals differently. I do agree confidence is an issue but her knee is and will remain a factor as well. It's not the only thing, it's one of many

Beyonce is also over hyped and exposed. I could and have looked at performances that were considered "slayed" of beyonce and been bored and unimpressed whereas I can look at Britney performances that are considered "half assed and lazy" and think she did well.

Maybe you and others on the board are counting good days but myself and others are countin bad ones. It's all a matter of perspective and how you as an individual interpret things

If her knee was still an issue there are MANY options to alter dance moves and create choreography that isn't as strenuous on it. 

 

And I know a lot of us do not like Beyonce but to say she isn't an excellent dancer is silly. She is a very good dancer though she was never as good as Britney she is a wonderful dancer and retains her choreography pretty effortlessly.

Why make excuses? She has improved a lot since her comeback and honestly her dancing now is amazing. Unfortunately a lot of fans are stuck in 2003/04 and guess what? That dancing wont comeback and as soon as y'all accept it, soon y'all be happier.

The pnly televised was ff tour in 2011. And you cant ser anything on these videos. Beside she is on fire in some qhen you cant see her face. The toxic intro has the level of the old performance lookig her expresions. I dont know what are you tooking. .

i think we had a misunderstanding, i was talking about beyonce not impressing me dance wise, not britney. britney has impressed me with her dancing and i've seen her live both in her prime and after the breakdown

Aah ok sorry! Yep i watched the vanguard award for beypnce the last week and it was boring as hell. All the acting with her child at the end was pathetic and she wasnt confortable, all the situation was wird

Did u guys see the dr drew interview when he talked about Britney being stiff ? He said it's the medication that makes u stiff and kind of robotic

Because it's not just that her dancing is modified, but that she lacks the kind of effortless nature and rhythm she used to have. I don't think they're half assed and lazy, I'm just not sure she can do them anymore because like someone said here - you can tell she's thinking about the moves when she dances where as before she was essentially if not better than her backup dancers most of the time.

I don't expect her to do a back handspring and crazy moved she did in her prime - it's just that her entire rhythm seems to kinda be off you know?

yeah, i know what you're saying, and i'm not blaming those things on her knee injury. like i said in another comment, britney has a very bad anxiety issue, and we as a fanbase don't help when we pick apart the smallest of mistakes and them huge issues. we, as fans, are suppose to be supportive. that doesn't mean go on pretending nothing is wrong, but it also doesn't mean calling her names and discrediting the hard work she puts in every performance/show.

No other base will stand by an artist the way the Army has stood by Britney.   She doesn't sing, she doesn't dance, but she's still very well supported and I fully intend to watch her show next year.

 

She could at least do her part once in a while imo and work to get better. It seems like it's just getting worse.

 

This is very fair, where I'm at, and I agree.  

 

I want to see her early next year, stay at Planet Hollywood, waste money on slot machines with her face on them, spend excessive amounts of money at the Britney giftshop -- the whole shebang.  Admittedly I haven't bothered to watch any clips aside from the gif from last night's "Do Somethin'" and... yeah. Looking at that makes me think twice and only highlights what a lot of her detractors say currently.  If anything her dancing should be on point, or as close to perfection, every night and that's not asking for much.  There's really no excuse and I hope she brings her "A" game tonight, she can't be ending '14 in a few days like this.

Yeah I know, like as already said I really don't understand her anymore, till 2007 I have always tried to understand why she's so bad on stage and I thought I always found a reason for each era but now I really can't understand, the girl has a wonderful life, a family, two cute boys and a (probably) a good man in her life, she spends good holidays all the time on her days off with them and when it comes to come back on stage a little, to do what "she loves to do" as she always saying, to see her fans who shout their love for her, she's jaded and bored as hell   all is fine in her life right now, there's no excuse anymore so she really need to stop to be so disrespectful with us because we never let her down back then when everyone wanted to bury her...

Btw I was just watching some Janet videos and been obsessed over the I Get So Lonely performances recently. Simple choreo, but she pulls it off with such soul and rhythm

I think the choreographers suck. Thus, the choreographies suck, and she knows they're so bad that she can't put any effort while doing them.

What I mean is she's not dancing, she's just trying to follow those horrendous moves and that way she can't feel the music. I've been saying this for a year now, she should make her own moves, I don't care if it's just arm movements, they would be her moves, and she would do them with enthusiasm and she would always look fine.
