Ofc we all know GP loves toms diner, and at this point i am somewhat sure this song will be a single and will save Giorgios album However there is one big reason why I think GP, and even older generations will react good to this song! My dad. LOL. Before you start laughing let me tell you why. My dad is one of those people who adore 70's and 80's and "very talented" stars from those eras. Therefore he never quite recognized Britney, he knows I adore her and he would always tease me and say how she is really untalented and can't sing, and that shes nothing but a product of the industry to collect some good money. But, since Tom's Diner is his (and mine because of his influence) fave (evergreen) song, I begged him to let me play Britneys and Giorgios version for him , so he was like Ok. Here's our convo:Me: Ok so Giorgio made a new album and Britney is a part of it, they've done an amazing remake of Tom's Diner!Dad: Wtf, Giorgio is still alive? (omg the shade )That man is a producing genius tho!Me: Yeah he is! *plays the song*Dad: This is actually amazing! Could it be that Britney has such a soothing voice?! This song really fits her voice amazingly well! She has actually done a great job!Me: I told you so and you said she can't sing Dad: Well, I still think she is not much of a vocalist, but she certainly has a nice voice color! She obviously can do a lot with her voice, which is why I can't figure why she is autotuning herself so much? Me: It's because she has her confidence shaken up completely because of the 2007, she doesn't dare because she thinks people will bash her Dad: Well I like it, put it on my phone so I can listen to it in the car.Me: yes sir So yeah I think GP and older generations will love this song and it could easily give Britney another #1 RISE BRITNEYS DINER RISE! 4

I'm glad your dad liked it so much to put in his car! And I agree, it's definitely going to be very GP friendly and get the public interested in Britney music again.

I was disappointed when - after all those months of thinking it would be her natural singing - it turned out to be computerized, and nothing what I was hoping for. The song is okay. The GP will like it, as it is very "up to date" with music culture, something Britney is very good at, and deserves the attention. 1 1

I was disappointed when - after all those months of thinking it would be her natural singing - it turned out to be computerized, and nothing what I was hoping for. The song is okay. The GP will like it, as it is very "up to date" with music culture, something Britney is very good at, and deserves the attention. Yeah I was disappointed that it wasn't very raw too, however if you look deeper into it, her voice is almost-to not-autotuned. It is actually the background effect that make it seem this way The voice is very untouched actually, its not pitch corrected or brushed at all However Giorgio says that not even this is the final version and that she in fact DID record the bridge so he edited the song a bit more. He says that this is not the album version but an earlier demo of it 1

Regardless, even if it doesn't chart, it puts a really good taste in people's mouths when it comes to Britney, and with all that goodwill towards Britney literally days before PG drops, the timing was immaculate. It can be annoying when people kind of over-hype past decades and generations. Of course many artists of the past were amazing, but I'm pretty sure older people during the 80s were saying that they preferred entertainers from the 60s and back. 1

He said it in a recent yahoo interview This version is not the album , he said the album one was far less edited than this one , plus britneys bridge 1

My whole family is forced to listen to TD since I love it I work at my family's business at the moment with some strangers in the work place and they have no choice but to listen to my flawless Britney playlist 8 hours a day They need to know their savior and I gotta be Godney's apostle 1
