If you talk about the yahoo interview, it's an old one. They just uploaded the video now because the song leaked, that's it.

Unbrokney leaked the 3:26 one, he said himself it was just missing a few seconds and was LQ that's it, it's the only difference with the official one, and we have it it's the 3:32 one. And no Britney isn't on the bridge, he never said she was, he actually even said they choose to put Giorgio instead.

that’s the bridge, so yes, but britney finished the song, so for whatever reason they decided to put giorgio’s part instead.

It is the final version. Giorgio never said it wasn't, in fact he hasn't spoken about the leak at all. Unbrokeny also said this is the final version albeit missing a few seconds off the end.

 

The only effects done to Britney's voice are in the background harmonies. The main vocal is left raw and you'll probably hear that better once we get a HQ version.
