I Really Think We Are Getting An Album

I honestly think we are getting a surprise album or a new album

 

I think it is really awesome that we are getting promotion but i just find it REALLY weird that they changed everything just for one single on her official sites....and then RCA got a car promo just for her...

 

i really think something is coming album wise......

I feel like the most realistic option for a new album coming out soon is that they will put out PG and a couple more singles and have a fall or winter release. Especially if the singles do well.

Or it will be like Larry and Brit said initially. We'll have to wait awhile and it will be a 2016 release. But idk.

a surprise album in the summer seems a bit rushed... britney jean was rushed due to the residency and how little time britney had for recording sessions and promotion. i don't mind waiting a bit more this time if it means we get a solid album

According to Iggy Britney's album is already done but if i were to pick a date i would say July

I really don't know what to believe. It's true it seems so weird they're making all this big deal, for just one single, it's already more promo than what Britney Jean had in total.

But as I always say, these marvelous things don't happen with Britney Spears. I think I'll be fine with Pretty Girls and Tom's Diner, maybe another single later in the year, and I'm hoping for the album in 2016.

But if she releases a surprise album, I'll be totally slayed and of course I won't be able to deliver my final projects for college but it will be worthy

Imo it's sure an album is coming, but when ? i don't know. But this year definitely i believe.

They've never done so much promotion for a lead single (post breakdown i mean, obviously), they always waited the album release to promote and perform (minus BJ) so yeah.. unless they finally woke up and decided to do things in a perfect way for once.

The only thing i hope is that it will be a traditional release and not a surprise release.

I don't really care if it will be a surprise release or an announced one.  She had plenty of time to record, it's definitely not rushed, so... I am just really thirsty for an album, I feel like it's been forever! And  I actually enjoy Britney Jean quite a lot, mostly because it was the first album that I was really anticipating, pre-ordering it + the very cool t-shirt from her website, the singles, like following everything step by step and being an active part of the Britney Army. I had similar anticipation for Circus, but couldn't really ask my parents to buy it for me when it came out, because it was a lot of money back then for a new release in my home country, because people used to buy like 1000 CDs a year in total,so they were always more expensive.

I think they're just doing everything they can to get a hit after BJ flopped. An album will come when they think there's enough anticipation for it.

Well it took Britney nearly 2 years and a half to come up with Femme Fatale, and she had all of 2010 off. She had X Factor in 2012 so she couldn't be focused on recording during that time. She only had 2013 for Britney Jean, considering she also had to rehearse for Vegas, it was really a tight schedule.

They need to get Britney back in the spotlight for that, and they are doing it. I think that's what Larry meant when he said "releasing a few good singles before releasing an album".

I have to say Britney's team is smart on the whole singles before album thing. Get major hype about Britney started, recreate public interest, have hit singles and then release an album. I do believe after Britney Jean, they want to do this right!

BUT... I will say that if Britney is performing at the Super Bowl next year, they will probably wait till early 2016 to release it.

I don't think so, I think they're just taking this single really serious because they want it to succeed after Britney's first "flop" era. But we'll see! I would die if they really released an album but I'll be happy anyway if they keep releasing single from time to time and they keep up with this level of promotion and hype!

I agree, and can only say, WHy come up with the Bee-theme when it has nothing to do with "Pretty girls".. I bet 5$ this is going places, and we are gonna see a song called "Queen-Bee" or something.
