I'm pretty sure that's just the shadow casted by the camera 

maybe at 1:00 mark yes but before that, there are clear boxes over her.

It's a shadow from the camera. You can clearly see the boxy thing that are sometimes put around cameras and fragile things to protect them and at one point you can see a cameraman's head shadow.

yea it happens many times throughout performance (really irritating tbh) but it actually is the shadow of camera. the camera is square so that's why it looks like it's a box..
