:o I thought this was a joke.

I didn't know he had a surgery before. Also, I didn't know he was DJ Pauly D's manager (that explains it all).

I hope he's OK, but maybe it's time for someone else to take care about Britney's career, someone younger, maybe his daughter? How many months does it take to recover from heart surgery?

Haha :lmaolol:

I didn't know neither. And I guess it takes about few months, but definitely agree that Britney needs new manager.

thats terrible any operation with general anaesthetic is serious hopefully he is going to a right hospital and not some rich  person "clinic". a normal job you'd be back in the saddle sooner i remember from when my aunty and uncle had a heart attach they now get annoyed and irritated by load noises and annoying things seem 3 times as annoying. so high stress jobs with loud music/ annoying people  better to take a longer time.

Britney Spears manager, Larry Rudolph, is having heart-valve replacement surgery on Monday.

Rudolph, who turns 52 in July, said he’s “feeling real positive about it” and plans to be “back in the saddle in a few months.”

He had heart-valve surgery 13 years ago.

His surgery will be in New York, where he grew up and became an entertainment attorney before a career switch to talent manager turned him into one of the top artist management executives.

Spears’ parents approached him 20 years ago to manage their daughter, a star in the Mickey Mouse Club.

Rudolph’s stable of talent includes Miley Cyrus, Steven Tyler, Avril Lavigne, DJ Pauly D, Nicole Scherzinger and G.R.L.

He’s the co-owner of Reign Deer Entertainment with Adam Leber.

Their deal with Caesars Entertainment brought Spears to Las Vegas in late 2013, a move that turned into one of the biggest success stories since Celine Dion arrived in 2003.

“She’s been getting crowds of 4,500. She’s been great for Vegas,” said Rudolph. “Celine is the queen of adult contemporary and Britney’s the queen for the younger crowd.”

Rudolph has represented Spears for most of the 20 years, with the exception of the off-and-on years between 2004 and 2008.

We wish you a speedy recover Larry and we will be thinking of you tomorrow.

Oh i didn't know he had a surgery before. I hope everything will be fine.

I wonder who will manage Britney during this time tho? I read Adam doesn't manage Britney anymore, that he's full  time with Miley so who will it be then ? Or maybe she'll be in standby during this period and wait until he recovers ? It's not like she was doing promo or anything anyway, going to the skatepark and soccer games doesn't require Larry :overthis: .

I wish Larry all the best with his surgery!! I don't actually love him, but I don't hate him, I mean not so much as I hate Sam Lufti and Adnan Ghalid - those guys were just gross and ignorant. I think Larry is okay, but still I think Britney needs a new team.
I will think about Larry tomorrow and I hope he recovers quickly!

if this was exhale, people would be saying things like "i hope he dies so someone else can manage britney's career and makes her promote and tour all around the world (Pretty girls)"

Just because he's a fucking asshole doesn't mean he deserves to die. The worst thing you can do is wish death or diseases upon someone...(I still remember when a GaGa fan wished cancer to Britney's kids in Twitter... :icanttt: )

I don't like him at all but he's a human being, he have family...

The only thing I'll say is that I hope he don't manages Britney anymore. He's really not capable to do it anymore.

I totally agree! People are mean and that is pretty sad tbh... humanity needs to gain some sympathy for the fellow man again!! I love the fact that fans here on Universe are so ethical and kind to each other. I really feel like at home here on Universe! You guys are all awesome!!  :xf6:

When will we hear any news from Larry about the surgery and how he's doing now? I hope everything went well...
