BritsBaby95 Posted June 10, 2015 #1 Report Posted June 10, 2015 the fact that everyone were bashing britney as bad mother to her kids. just, why? was it really THAT bad or tragic? well i do belive brit did some mistakes as a mom as every parent do, but i don't think it was that tragic like the media and press were been writting back in 2006-2008. i also know the fact that brit was on the worst place of her life back in the day as well. but i mean, there were photos in 2007&2008 that DID proved that the kids are in a good care, nicely dressed, and are loved by their mother.

She lived under a microscope. Honestly, besides Michael Jackson no one has really ever reached the level of total fame and scrutiny that she did between 2001 - 2008. Every small mistake she made was captured by cameras and exaggerated.. it's sad, because Britney really appears to be an amazing mom. She tries so hard to give her kids a normal life unlike so many other celebrities. I think people see that now, though. She's such a sweet, kind, caring woman and she puts her family 1st 7

The scrutiny and press coverage was insane, and once they got the story bent of "America's sweetheart outta control", anything she did could be spinned to looking more sensationalistic than it really was. 2

The problem is that most people still have the image of 2007ney on their heads because it's the moment when every single camera was on her, but after that they haven't had the chance to see the "new" Britney because the media just doesn't talk that much about her. Her fans and pop music lovers in general may know more about her current self, but those who just ignore that kind of stuff only know what's said on the mainstream media, and sadly she's still constantly mocked and used as a symblo of how fame can destroy you, so it's normal that this image of her is still alive. 2
