It was a track sent to her to potentially be on Femme Fatale but she didn't like it I guess and never recorded it. The woman who sang this version said so on her Twitter in like 2012. I think the same thing happened with Sorry Adam and Love is War or w/e that other FF demo is called.

Also, somebody that works in the industry has found out she recorded it twice. It was rejected about 3 days after Hold It Against Me was released.
