I really thought she had already convinced Britney to promote the song, but I guess there's no one in this world who can convince Britney when it comes to do promo. It was too good to be true. I guess those amazing plans, were just that, plans that never came to materialize.

What she meant is that she's not the one who can decide promo. I hope Britney and her team read this tho, it's nice to see someone in the business talking the truth instead of licking her ass. And they need it since fans complaining isn't enough, maybe with Iggy talking they'll start to realize being lazy will never work. 3
