Itunes Question About Buying Albums From Diff Countries

I'm thinking of buying Revival but I really want the song cologne on it which is only on the international version.. If i switch my country on the iTunes store then purchase the album with it on it then switch back to my regular country will it still be on my library or will it get deleted? I'm curious to know
