I think she has made it pretty clear that she'll always be making music and doing her thing, just at a slower pace since she's getting older and "is a mom now." Anyway, my guess is we'll get Album 9 in 2016 sometime after the Vegas residency is over with. That is of course assuming she doesn't take an extended break or gets pregnant or involves herself with a different project such as a movie or show.

I don't want something rushed or smelling like a label pupet... like Femme Fatale or Britney Jean. That girl need some vacation and enjoy her family first.

Personally I think it's gonna be in 2018 - 2019 for the 20th anniversary. atlhough, I think it would be better if they released album 9 earlier, so the 10th album becomes the celebration of the 20th anniversary 1

And part of me really doubts that she'd actually even tour for it (or do another residency either). I think she's definitely going to retire after Vegas... So if we get Album 9, it'll probably be after years of retirement and her actually getting bored and WANTING to make music again. But I think she'll want to make MUSIC, and nothing else - no dancing, no tour, probably only one music video and MAYBE morning talkshow promo conversations. HOWEVER. What would be GENIUS would be if they released album 9 at the END of Piece Of Me - something epic to satisfy the thirst for a good long while and as a REAL Thank You to the fans. The TRUE "Blackout 2.0" - and with the exact same amount of promo, aka a couple music videos and a television commercial. Not gonna lie, I'd love a sequel to Break The Ice with another animated mv...
