It's a bullshit excuse from him anyway, he simply does not give a shit about Britney to continue on, and he hasn't for a long time now which is why he has constantly made her look like shit on the main page (and the fact that Jamie tried getting the site shut down speaks volumes about Jordan's behavior towards her, her family and team in recent years).

 

She's still a relevant artist and just because she isn't doing as much right now doesn't mean he had to change the site. Plenty of retired and dead artists have flourishing fan sites, at least Britney's still active.
