YOU'VE SEEN 15 FKING SECONDS, OF WHAT LOOKS TO BE A RUN THREW, AND NOT EVEN THE ACTUAL FILMING.
Like, i can't with all of you having meltdowns, complaining, and already bitching over the video when you've literally seen 0.000000000001 of what the video probably is.

Too gay? really? This is a woman who basically had a sauna orgy for a music video. TWICE.
Copy of Work From Home? no. I love 5H but, girl, no. The concept of a construction site music video is not new, nor is it revolutionary.

I can't. Some of you need to fly on over to Exhell, cause that's where you belong.

People condemn everything on here. The song which they haven't even heard yet is already going to flop and now the MV. Wait until its actually released before you complain guys. :xtina1:

This site is getting worse and worse tbh. Sick of stupid meltdowns and people trying so hard to be witty and clever while tearing down someone they're suppose to be a fan of. :icantt:

It all had been too calm after the BBMA's, too much positive energy, it was time for some meltdowns and controversy :ummlol:

No but really, I'm ok with people expressing their opinions, but I just feel like criticizing something that you haven't watched (because you literally cannot decide that the MV is gonna be trashy or bad just yet) in such a destructive way is very unnecessary.

Sometimes I understand dissenting opinions from stans but in this case... I just don't get it.  There's been a lot of silly conclusions pulled from thin air as of late.  :thefuck:

just people with nothing going on in their lives

Opinions about what though? Neither the single nor the MV has even been released yet...:frenchy:

Tell me about it, said it before, I'll say it again, some people just aren't happy unless they're complaining.

I also don't understand the too gay part, all I know is as a straight female, I'm enjoying all the hot guys, lol

It has nothing to do with the site per se. You see none of this on the main page, right? The behavior of Britney's online fan community has drastically changed sometime in 2011 so wherever you go you will see people complaining.

There is a fine like between disliking something (obviously one can't like every single thing on this whole white world) and hating on someone/something, behaving disrespectfully.

Not digging the concept of some music videos, their direction and so on is completely normal. Being hateful towards people performing in that video is a whole different matter.

I can name a few people who spend most of their day maintaining the website and making sure it's running properly. With new problems emerging every day and no financial benefits I'd say they're doing a pretty good job. Moderating a fan community isn't easy either because you have to stay neutral and respond selectively and rationally to whatever happens - which is why we can't simply get rid of those who are dissatisfied or disappointed. They will say what they have to say, log out and move somewhere else. People come and go. In case they choose to break the rules and guidelines, proper actions will be taken. Your statement was just as uncomfortable to read hence why I had to respond and clarify things a bit. To sum it all up - site =/= fan base.

Honestly, though, there's a forum out there that's a bit more suited to pointless bitching...I mean, you have a right to your opinion, but others have the right to their opinion that y'all need to simmer down.

I'm not sure the commenter you're commenting on meant it that way, I think they just meant that the PEOPLE frequenting this particular site have gotten bitchier.

IDK why the online community got more negative in 2011- that's when I mostly left the OTHER forum. I think maybe it was a bunch of the younger fan base getting old enough to get online coupled with people in general feel like they can say whatever awful thing they're thinking. And they CAN, of course- doesn't make them not assholes.

I just wanted to say I think it's so cool you are defending the people that run this site/community. I am so thankful to them for what is probably a thankless job. They do awesome at keeping it almost completely troll free, and the site is beautiful to boot.

I find the video will be really "gay" as well (from the clips and pictures I've already seen), but I don't think it has something to do with the song itself. Do you guys watch all the videos of this week's BB Hot 100? I bet not. And to be fair most of them are lame as fuck but the songs are still popular. G-Eazy's rapping style apparently appeals to straight girls and straight guys more so I'm not worried.

As long as the single itself is neutral and can be accepted universally, I don't see the problem making the video a little gayer to please her gay fans. And I'm sure it will cause some controversy which is good. But I do wish there were some female dancers or characters in the video apart from Britney, I'm not a gay and I love watching girls.

Hmm idk, opinions about/according to the pictures/video maybe ? :drown:  Your comment is just pure hypocrisy, People saying they don't feel it or are afraid it will be too sexual or whatever is just the same as excited people saying she looks amazing and it will be an amazing video etc. while they haven't seen it yet either but they judge according to what they have seen so far. So stop with your nonsense and don't go on forums if you can't accept people having different opinions.

The main page is a completely different story tbh, I never visit it.

And like @Baby Go Slow  said, I was referring to the commenters and "fans" on this site, not the actual site itself. You cannot deny this place has gotten extremely negative and annoying in the past couple months alone. It use to be a fun place where fans could freely share their opinions, but it's slowly becoming exhale 2.0 with the amount of petty, disrespectful towards Britney, bitchiness going on. And I for one want no part of it.

Everyone is entitled to their opinion, good or bad and I wouldn't take that from anyone, but it's all about how you express yourself and the way you come off. There IS a way to give a negative opinion/criticism without attacking Britney/her team and that's where the lines get blurred because everyone is too concerned with coming off witty and cute rather than expressing how they feel in respectful way.
