RCA is a shit label, so I'd be glad if she finally decided to leave. And I'd be even more glad if she changed her team. Not that I don't like Larry, but she's been 15 years in the industry and she's (almost) always had the same team. I think it's normal and good that artists change the people they work regularly with in order to stay fresh and relevant. Anyway, I don't think that'll happen while she's under the c'ship

Barry Weiss has been trying to get her to sign to Def Jam. I can see her going there with him.
