All the labels out there at this point, have many negatives against them, probably except Capitol. But Katy is their priority since she is willing to show up any and everywhere. The label can only do so much.

I honestly think she'd go for a deal like Madonna has with Live Nation and only ink a deal with a label so she gets distribution for the albums. I would guess she'd go with Interscope given the vast array of artists they sign and have had a bunch of success with. But I'd expect after Vegas wraps up and she tours worldwide we'll hear more news.
