voting is not open yet, sadly. well when its open again you simply click on the icon of the artist you want in the next round and then that icon appears in the empty space chart thing there.

Ohhh ok, that makes sense, I tried clicking on the icons because that's how you did it the past years but it didn't work, now I know why
