both are perfect. I love how slutney was amplified in both albums.   but, I love blackout more. track after tack of pure flawlessness with a tinge of an "in ur face" attitude

ITZ personally for me. There's just a certain feel that it is has that is hard to describe. I feel like it's the peak of Britney's intelligence, creativity, input, etc. ITZ is where I feel where Britney finally showed us who she was and had the most control over her career. She shed the teen pop completely. Touch of my Hand, Shadow, and Everytime I feel are the most personal songs in Britney's arsenal. Breathe on Me is one of the sexiest songs in recent music history, if not the. ITZ yielded Toxic which has been voted in the top songs of all time by Rolling Stone, Sony, Blender, Seventeen etc. she incorporated hip-hop heavily, electronic, rock, blues and it all blended. Not to mention that she teamed up with Madonna in, granted, not one of her best songs, but still a jam and yielded one iconic video. The unreleased songs in the era were just as good and personal: Strangest Love, Look Who's Talking Now, etc. The whole era was the most Britney we've ever seen and for that reason, ITZ will always be her greatest effort to date.

Since ITZ is completely flawfree and i don't have to skip one single song its the obvious choice 

 

I have to skip songs like BTI, GN, TS and WSIBS on Blackout..so....

She took creative control in ITZ. She executively produced Blackout so both are her masterpieces

 

But for me it's Blackout It's more modern and doesn't sound outdated until now. Its urban vibe is WHAT BRITNEY WANTED Circus and Femme Fatale (or perhaps even Britney Jean!!) TO SOUND LIKE. She might not wrote a lot of songs but let us all remember that this was released during 2007 and we all know what happened then but despite of this, she was still able to deliver us GOOD MUSIC even at her toughest times and that's why it's undoubtly a fan favorite
