Things You Didn't know about In The Zone

The original album title was,  "Outrageous", but perhaps it was due to rumors of the track. The original title was "Get In The Zone", but was changed at the last minute for "In The Zone."

 

- Get In The Zone was changed due to another artist / band claiming copyright over the title. That's why it wasn't called the "In The Zone Tour", but the OHT.

 

- The first single is rumored to be opening the album was "Shadow".

 

- The official album cover would have less zoom on the face and shoulders of the black shirt of Britney seen, but was changed at the last minute decision to Britney.

 

 

- The first version of the cover, was not only less zoom, also had different colors, green instead of blue.

 

- A rap song, it was assumed that he was included on the album, the final title is unknown, but is said to be "Sin City".

 

- "(I Got That) Boom Boom" was be the second single, but Britney decided to replace "Toxic".

 

- The symbols seeen in the left of the "In The Zone" thoes sybols mean "Britney Spears". If the font (symbol) is downloaded and type the name "Britney Spears" you can see the sybols in the same order.

 

- "Me Against The Music" was recorded by Britney and fully supported by a chorus line that was later changed by the voice of Madonna for the official version. After the presentation in the 2003's MTV VMA, Madonna heard the track and decided to record a duet. the Original version was presented once for Britney in Las Vega santes the official release of the single with Madonna .. The video of the performance is very rare!

 

- The fourth single from the album would be "Breathe On Me", but was changed to "Outrageous" because the film "Cat Woman" quisola track as part of the soundtrack. But after Britney accident while shooting the video, the soundtrack idea was scrapped, but the project was in such an advanced stage that Jive Records decided to release it as a single to radio.

 

- "I've Just Begun (Having My Fun)" was released as a single only to iTunes, with its official cover made from a photo session "InThe Zone" album in 2003, and the same font as the album .

 

- "Toxic" was the only single to that made Britney to win a Grammy.

 

- The singles "In The Zone" released between 2003 and 2004 sold a lot even though the market was in crisis, from the 4.5 million "Everytime" to more than 6 million "Toxic".

 

- Britney commented on the track "Touch Of My Hand" that if guys  can usually talk about masturbation, she does not understand why can a girl can not talk about it

 

- Britney said she worked with the Ying Yang Twins because she heard one of his songs and wanted them to collaborate on his new album.

 

- "Brave New Girl" was used in the soundtrack of the movie "Brave New Girl".

 

- The video for "Toxic" Britney was totally a idea, and thought as she returned from Japan after the promotion asiáticadel album. When the plane was landing in Los Angeles, Britney had already planned the entire history of video recordings and started 3 days later

 

- Britney doesen't like Outrageous, but her team made a deal with britney to include this song in exchange for Touch Of My Hand, because the team thougth this song would cause controversy, they made the deal with catwoman in early 2004 and britney was forced to perfrom it on the onyx hotel and since britney didn't like that song she made a short performance of it 

 

• And Then We Kiss is an ITZ reject that was supposed to be on the Chaotic EP but was removed last minute.


• Over To You Now is also an ITZ reject.

 

 

- Look who is talking now is a song about Justin Timberlake and it was recorded for this album back in 2002

Tell Me What You're Sippin' On was also an ITZ reject, later to be included on the bonus CD that comes with the DVD, but removed at the very last minute. It was even officially announced for the bonus CD along with Don't Hang Up & a remix of Toxic and one of MATM.

I think ITZ era is when Britney has become aware of her being controlled that's why she was already quite vocal on saying what she really wanted. Her decision of changing the second single from (I Got That) Boom Boom to Toxic is an example, and that decision is SOOO GREAT since Toxic became one of her signature songs
