There's a BRAND NEW animated show premiering 5th July 2014 (you can stream at both NicoNico & CrunchyRoll) that will be in Japanese with subtitles. It will be much more like the original comic, because the '90s animated show is very different from the source material.

 

Then Viz got the rights to ALL the old show (including the last season never shown in the US) and it will be given a totally faithful NEW English dub! You can watch the original Japanese show on Hulu now, and this new English version will be released starting in the fall.

Omg I just did! I can't wait I'm excited to see the show uncut and how it's meant to be BUT in saying that I will miss the original English dub because that's what I grew up with and knowing I can't get that on DVD/Blu-ray sucks.
