No, this is not news. This happened last year, Britney fans know about it, and you didn't post it in a news-like way. Big GIFs are unnecessary, because they take up too much space. And I'm reporting you for calling me a bitch.

Being "grumpy" isn't against the rules. Calling people a bitch is. I don't know you, don't call me a bitch. I don't know who Manuela is, so I can't answer for their actions. Use small gifs like everyone else, it is not that hard. And instead of just posting wherever you want to, and then demanding a mod move it, just post in the right sections. It isn't that complicated.
