I think it was Nov 28, 2008. Fix this!!! 

 

Edit: ok so I guess Nov 28 worldwide and Dec 2 in the US. Ok stupid Wikipedia tricked me.

In America it was released on December 2nd?

Maybe it depends on the country. I remember buying it thr 28th of November here in Italy.

In the Usa it was released days later

I think in the UK it was released on a Monday so 1st December?

 

But now all new releases are out on Fridays

I worked at a borders bookstore in NYC when the album came out, one of our supervisors was a huge fan and we had ballons and played her music. I remember very well it came out on her birthday.
