Yeah but just the same as he's arguing for money because he needs it to raise them she can also try to argue he doesnt have the means to support them. I don't think custody will remain 50/50. Maybe he'll only have them when she's on tour or something.

There is no legal reason for Kevin to lose custody. Britney won't get full custody just because she's out of the conservatorship and wants it. They have to prove LEGALLY that Kevin is unfit. His ploy for more money doesn't make him unfit, it makes him greedy and sleazy, none of those are reasons to remove custody he's had for over 10 years.
