OMG: Britney overcomes 300 WEEKS on Billboard Social 50

Brit has surpassed the 300-week mark by chartering on Billboard's weekly "Social 50," which identifies the fifty most talked-about artists worldwide through social networks: In the last update that took place last Wednesday the pop princess rose two places (# 48- # 46) and got her three-hundredth non-consecutive week on the chart, being the only singer of the 90s present in the update.

As the GLAAD Vanguard Award happened yesterday, which spawned a series of tweets, news and mentions to her on social networks, Spears is expected to rise further in the charts in the coming weeks.
