absolute silence on the music front

we were trolled by various people including jessie Saint John or whatever with all the apple emojis and little scraps of info about the pitbull collab

and now everything has gone SILENT  about music. literally there's no mention of it at all. the tour has started, in like 12 days she's gona be in Europe WITH PITBULL.

 

I've got literally zero clue what to think about when new music is coming now

Aside from the Pittbull colaboration, I'm not very hopeful for some new music. Either she already finished the record and they're going to start promotion after the tour, or she's still recording it. If that's the case, then we won't have new music this year, since she's touring all summer

Well considering it’s Pitbulls song, it’s gonna be released on his timetable, not Britney’s, so he’s the one u need to be mad at and pester, not her.

 

As for the Apple shit, the fans that bought into that only have themselves to blame, like most human beings she was most likely just using emojis from the most used emoji section on her device, the fans are the ones who chose to turn it into some big conspiracy theory.

 

Not once has Britney herself or Team Britney mentioned anything about new music yet. Once again fans are to blame for getting hyped over so-called insiders, the only real insiders are Britney and her management!!

I do feel like the apple, flowers and other emojis mean something, not sure if it's album or new song related but they have to mean something, otherwise she could just go with no emoji. And as personal as her page seems and I'm 99% sure she has say on what goes up, she probably is not the final decision on her posts, she has to have a social media person on her team who manages the posts for her, and she should have a personal alias account that she uses for her personal social media use. This is another reason why I think the emojis mean something, its on her public page. What they mean who knows? It would be great if a reporter asked about that.

 

And she has said she's in the studio, the pitbull song has been confirmed, she most likely has something of her own coming after that (like how she was a feature on s&s and then she dropped wb and bj the next year). This tour is just POM slightly revamped and on the road so theres no real need for a new single atm. I feel like a whole new album won't come until next year  (jan 12, 2019 will be the 20th anniversary of the bomt album release so maybe around then which also happens to be when her next residency is to start).

Listen if u wanna feel that these emojis mean something, u are free too, just don’t get mad and start shit talking Britney if nothing happens. THAT is the only problem I have with these fan created theories, nothing happens and fans take their anger out on her, when it’s themselves they should be angry at. As for her Instagram, I believe it’s both that run it, I know some fans like to act like she’s  brain-dead and can’t use technology but that’s simply not the case. I’m sure she does have a private Instagram/Facebook whatever, but that doesn’t mean she can’t log on to her public page and share something personal with fans if she wants. I hope the fans who feel her social media is run completely by staff feel the same way about every other celeb, cuz it’s really unfair that Britney seems to be the only one that is treated like she’s some moron who doesn’t know how run this stuff.

Yeah I do feel like all celebs who have some sense have their public social media run by staff. When famous people completely run their own accounts thats when they get in trouble for saying off color things or posting embarrassing pictures. The social element is an extension of PR, she doesn't release her own statements to the press and we know her interviews go thru her team before they're released as well, what makes social any different? 

I work in advertising and studied public relations and that's why I feel like her's is run by her team in collaboration with her. You may not want to believe it but a majority of famous people who have a heavy social presence have teams working on it for them.

Also i dont post here often so i know you wouldn't know but I'm faaaar from a Britney basher. I don't think she's stupid. She actually seems quite savvy to me, she's self aware, always has been. I don't get my hopes up about things and then when they don't happen start bitching. I have better things to waste energy on.

I also didn't say i think the album is coming so soon.

Next year probably at the start of her next residency, maybe just a guess.

You’re prolly right about her Instagram, it’s just I’m so used to seeing fans act like she’s stupid, so I just assumed, sorry for that and sorry if I sounded really defensive, the other forum has been crueler than they normally are toward her these past two weeks, it can get kinda infuriating, lol

By the other forum I presume you mean shale,

they are awful. It’s seems they barely even like Britney. It’s negative and critical and bitchy and I’ve stopped checking that forum out because every time you go there all they write about is what they don’t like about what she’s doing. They can fuck off.

I think Pitbull will release the Britney-song before the Europe shows. He wants to get relevant again, so it's good timing for him. But I wouldn't be surprised if we don't get any new music until the tour is over  

It makes sense. Do the POM-tour, have a fews weeks off in Hawaii, release a single, promote the album and release

Yup, I’m not even member I just lurk cuz it’s more active than here but this week someone wrote that their gonna buy a meet and greet so they can tell her to her face everything she needs to fix and in the same thread, I think it may have been the same person, actually wrote something along the lines of she should be dead if she’s not gonna perform at her best. I think the thread may have been deleted but it’s what put me over the edge, I’m done with that place.
