Capacity declaration apparently has never been filed in this case

The evidence of corruption in this case just gets more and more stronger, shouldn’t this alone be grounds to end this, since in CA, a capacity declaration is apparently a requirement for a cship.

This is likely why they continue to say the conservatorship is voluntary and also likely why having her medical capacity determined is an issue on the docket for the 27th hearing. There isn't going to be some magic smoking gun that will end the conservatorship despite how unlawful and unethical it is. There needs to be a formal petition to end it.

Here’s hoping something actually takes place on the 27th and that she’s deemed to have capacity, I feel it’s the only way she’ll be able to truly fight, she needs to make statements in court herself not just through shady Ingham.

 

That voluntary thing has never sat right with me cuz I just don’t think a single person would volunteer to be in a cship unless their being threatened in some way.

I think there will be something accomplished on the 27th. There's too many issues on the docket for them to just extend it again imo. I agree she needs to make her own statements, when the timing is right. For now, there's no reason.

 

Agreed. She told us she was set up and she was 100% right. Manipulated into a "voluntary" conservatorship that had been in the works weeks prior. It's really sad to me that NO ONE fought for her back then.

I know it’s sad but at least Lynne is stepping up now, I applaud her recent court docs, I just don’t understand why she doesn’t petition to terminate it. I really hope whatever strategy they have ends with termination, Britney legally does not qualify for a cship, so she should not be kept in one even if she wants to be.

I'm glad to see her stepping up now as well. There's definitely a strategy in place and it starts with getting Jamie OUT. One he's gone I assume that's when they'll move to terminate. So there won't be any objections.

That’s what I think the strategy is too, however, some people are saying now it might be worse cuz if left with the professionals and she still can’t get out then she’ll be stuck with just strangers. I hope that’s wrong and they’re just being paranoid. All the conflicting theories in this is really getting annoying.

Strangers? The care manager Britney had for well over a year and is now her temporary personal conservator? That stranger? The business professionals she hand picked to manage her estate? Those strangers? Do these people even use their brains before they make wild accusations. Britney had one request when this whole mess started: that her father wasn't involved. I think she'll be happy with him gone no matter what.

Strangers compared to family but sadly, the family member that was chosen as her conservator is no better than the professionals. They seem to think, since non family is also making bank on Britney they’ll have no desire to let her go even with Jamie gone and without family involved, they could take more advantage of Britney, idk. I don’t think Bessemer is the issue to them, they handle companies worth more than Britney so they would have no incentive to keep Britney in the cship, I think their main concern is Ingham and Jodi.

Some fans really need to pipe down when they clearly don't understand the things that are coming out of their mouths. How embarrassing for them. Agree with you about Bessemer handling clients with way more wealth than Britney. They're not going to risk their reputations to continue some scam for Britney's cents compared to the dollars they make elsewhere. Also agree about Lynne. Like I said, Britney's only request was that her father wasn't involved. Now she wants him gone. SHE WANTS him gone.
