Ingham Has Successfully Terminated a Conservatorship in the Past!

So were we.... until we came across this case from 2016, where a Conservatorship was successfully terminated by none other than Samuel D. Ingham III. 🎉 In order to protect the privacy of this conservatee, we have (very carefully) removed all indetifying information, but wanted to share the document for those that are interested in seeing what a petition to terminate looks like!

If anything this gives me more hope in Ingham that he will. It looks like this persons conservators agreed with the termination and didn't fight it. Jamie obviously would/will hence why they're so eager to get rid of him first. Ingham seems to be going with what he knows works.

I agree it does make me feel a lil more hopeful, he just needs to hurry up and submit the official paperwork to remove Jamie, why is he taking his precious time with that.

That's part of what the 27th is about. They're asking Jamie to step down and Jodi be made permanent.
