nineliveslikeakittycat Posted June 19, 2014 #29 Report Posted June 19, 2014 ummmmm jkjk i always thought that it was supposed to be a single off of blackout but since britney wasn't in the right mindset at the time it would have been released they postponed it another theory, originally i hear the plan was to re release blackout with some new material but they had recorded enough they just decided to just do another album, and so we have circus, radar could have been planned to be the first single off of the re release of blackout and yet another theory, radar is produced by bloodshy and avant, the masterminds behind toxic, radar could have been contracted from them to be a single, wasn't honored on blackout hence it being on circus ive been told it's the first theory
