if you see those 2 videos, you can notice that is the exact same performance, outfit, and you can play them side by side and is the same thing but just some different angles, and the intro persons are diferent,

 

then we have the performance with the orange pants, but the stage is the same and the audience too

 

so i think they recorded the performance 2 times for diferents contries from top of the pops and diferent outfits but when the person was editing the orange pants performance decided to put a shot of britney (early ) with the other outfit to make it look like the lucky video with 2 britneys

Either this or just a hardcore fan who wanted to look like her.

 

Back in the day, a lot of fans wanted to look alike with their idol. Nowadays, if someone does that it's just creepy and weird

I remember this. She filmed the same performance for both Germany and London but in one of them (can't remember which) they made her watch back her other performance. So what you see is Brit watching her performance, hence the shot of her laughing.

I see what you are trying to say, but its Britney in that performance you question.

 

Let's assume she was in the audience and that scene was just edited in from a different time, or an earlier performance of someone else where she is in the crowd. The fact that it is a clear edit and not a continuous shot w both "Britney's" is all the proof you need.

 

I mean look at her face and body, that is totally Britney on stage. 

 

Either way there is an explanation
