It sounds like a hit. 3 is about a 3some but it's cute and poppy and all the stuff that is controversial, young Kids would never understand. Both do have risky themes. Most of Britney's singles have some kind of edge or risk.

I always thought Criminal was kind of a bold choice for a single, given the working formula of commercial pop songs (HIAM, TTWE, IWG).
