ALLEYESONUS! Posted July 5, 2014 #1 Report Posted July 5, 2014 I'm seriously depressed! Everyone out there seems to be in a relationship right now. I mean everyone that I follow on instagram post pictures of themselves with their boyfriends/girlfriends all the time, and I'm just sitting here all by myself doin' nothin' And evertime when I start talking to a guy, all he want is to have sex with me and don't even bother to get to know me I mean it's getting really sad And I'm really doubting myself as being a boyfriend. Last year I had 4 guys that I was very close with, NOT at the same time, but it never got anywhere and it ended very fast. Plus I have one other thing weighing me down, like a month ago I found out that I guy I slept with was cheating with me on his boyfriend, I was like the other woman (but in this case man....or boy ) I mean everything is so messed up in my life rn Sorry to bother u all I just had to get this out of my system. I've already bothered all of my friends with this for like 6 months so I thought I'd bother u guys instead 2
nineliveslikeakittycat Posted July 5, 2014 #4 Report Posted July 5, 2014 im so sorry you know for the past year that was my life. people only wanted to hook up with me and i always got hurt. it was awful and a hard year, but i learned a lot. just keep fighting and weeding out the bad people. it will pay off i promise. almost 2 months ago tho i met my current boyfriend. i am an ice skater and i skate every day at the mall. a lot of boys admire me at the rink and always come up to me but never anything special. this boy came skating one day and i was going to pull my usual shit of "hey look what i can do" and sticking my ass out lol because i thought he was cute. by the time i got back on the ice tho (i was taking a break when he came to skate) he was getting ready to leave with his family. so i did a couple of "tricks" to get his attention. it worked. however, he then left with his family and i was really sad after that. so i went and got a starbucks haha and moped around in starbucks for 20 minutes. i went back downstairs and i got on the ice and i was putting my jacket on and i looked down to zip it up and when i looked up that boy was right there by the boards. he told me he thought i was really cute and asked for my phone number. we exchanged phone numbers and went on a few dates. our one month anniversary is next weekend 1

And only like 20% jealous thank you sweetie yeah im really happy now, and it feels even better feeling like i deserve it after all ive been through, do you know what i mean? i was in a relationship earlier this year and the guy treated me ridiculously well for the first two weeks, then he bailed out of nowhere. i was devastated. so it's like after that and after a year of boys playing games with me, it just feels really nice that everything worked out. 1
timbits Posted July 5, 2014 #7 Report Posted July 5, 2014 I have never been in a relationship in my life and whenever i see a couple i just want to be that person i want a guy in my life. but my biggest fear is that i will be cheated on lie to all this and i fall easily for any guy which is my huge problem. i also live in a small town called Chilliwack there are some but not many and i bet you all of them already have somebody in there life btw you look cute in your pic i like this one better then the one you have on exhale. 1

And that would be a huge problem trying to be in a relationship. I agree with you, maybe neither of us is ready to be in a relationship. Which is okay. Were still pretty young and have all the time in the world to meet that somebody. I think for now before I meet that ''somebody'' that I will work on myself my problems and get this sorted out. I still can't at how sexy you look in your avi just yummy keep your head up bud and you'll find somebody someday. Any guy will be so lucky to have you as a partner I know I would 1

So I meet his friend and it was instant attraction. We ended up making out right there in the bar/club and then he takes me home and I'm thinking it's probably just going to be a one night stand. But then we just ended up talking and had so much in common, and just lost complete track of time. We actually ended up talking the entire night until the sun literally came up and I had to go home. Then he asked me on a proper date and the rest is history 3

I wrote something similar to this a few weeks back and people on here gave good advice. I just got done talking to a guy that I thought was going be my first ever dude, however he turned out to be a total tool like the rest. I think honestly after him, I have finally realized that being single is not so bad. Yeah you have your lonely moments, but if you have family and friends it's very easy to get distracted and have fun. I'm the only one of my group that is still single, so I definitely have my moments where i want a guy of my own. However after watching them have to ask for permission to do something and get in petty fights, I'm definitely not ready for all that. I like my freedom for now. Just enjoy single life until you find the right guy, that is the advice i got from friends and people here, and I gotta say it actually kinda works. I have 8 trips planned in the next 3 months with friends now, definitely something i wouldn't have been able to do in a relationship. Just relax you look like a cute guy, so some dude will snatch you up quick. As far as the jealousy thing, there is nothing wrong with a little jealousy, it means you care. Just don't go overboard with it. P.s. I have had several of the occasions where i have talked to dudes for months, finally slept with them and come to find out they had bfs of 6 months. That's on them, don't feel bad for that. Also don't let that give you trust issues with other dudes, not all dudes are bad, there are some really good ones. 1
