After reading what Neemz said to Britney in his meet & greet, I just saw how Britney already feels like she has a 20 year-long career already. But it's not until October 2018 though since her debut was 1998 not 1997. She'll be fed up with the whole 20 year milestone when it actually comes around.

I actually really, really like this write-up because it's precisely how I felt when the reviews for Blackout first came out (and you can still view all of the old reviews for this, though it's interesting to see the ones who updated their viewpoint later on, i.e. Rolling Stone). This album is incredible and she honestly didn't get the credit she deserved the first time around because critics were so obsessed with her actions and if she was going to kill herself. It's a nice reminder of how much things have changed and how revered she and this album are now. Happy birthday, Blackout!
