and I just want to thank the legendary Miss Britney Spears for always being there for me when no one else was. I've been chatting with some people about weight loss. Said I would post some before and after pictures. So hopefully this will help motivate some of them. It takes a lot of effort and determination. If these help anyone, then they served their purpose. I know it took meeting my trainer after I hit a plateau in order to further my progress, and I'm grateful everyday that she came into my life. I highly recommend you watch "Arrow" if you need a great show to watch. The first season is on Netflix and the 2nd one is finished up so it should be coming soon. The show has an amazing plot that will make you want to keep watching nonstop and a great (and sexy) cast. Season 1 had one of the best season finales I've ever seen on a show. tw: ugly selfie So I felt really awkward near Dante because it was an autograph signing but he was okay with me just taking a selfie. Troy didn't mind either and we talked about Mary. And when I met Mary, I started crying and she hugged me and we talked about Silent Hill. Overall, pretty great day.
