you can work them out with DEADLIFTS - which by the way also work out your ASS and YOU THIGHS

or you can put like a bar/stick across your back, hold with you shoulders over the bar, laying on your stomach and do like a 'seal-like' motion upwards!

I prefer as many Ass and Boob threads as possible, plus there could be a different angle depending on the thread
