I Hate Amazon Marketplace

I ordered two things from Amazon's marketplace sellers (All had positive reviews) and they both came damaged.

Filed a claim for the first one and got a refund did one for the second one and i have to wait a month..

      

They can't be serious

I waited 2 weeks for this package and it came almost falling apart and they want me to wait a month for a refund

I've never ordered from Amazon or Ebay because I always feel like the same thing u experienced will happen to me they should give you your money back

I spent 83 dollars on a brand new product and it was trashed.

BTW, is there any difference between Amazon Marketplace and "regular" Amazon? Or is it the same thing?

Marketplace is for other sellers.

And ikr? I'm so pissed. Amazon just wrote me saying i'll have to wait 1 to 2 weeks which is ridiculous.

They can be good sometimes when i order from positive sellers but there's just a few times where they can totally mess up.

I buy online a lot but I'm always scared when I have to pay first because of situations like that. Once I bought a t-shirt, payed and never got to see it   But I ended doing nothing because the amount I spent was really small. But still...

Tip: when buying from amazon always make sure the seller is Amazon to guarantee 100% that your product will be fine, but I've only had one bad experience with 3rd party sellers still I stick mostly to amazon.comllc or something like that

I actually love Amazon. The only bad experience I had was: I ordered Curious: In Control- used but in new condition. It was cheaper than buying it brand new. It came full, in the original box, with the little necklace, but it didn't come with the cap. I was sad so a few days after it arrived, i contacted the seller and they shipped me the cap. Maybe they forgot it? idk. well, i have many perfumes and this one has become my favorite one. although after that experience, if i decide to buy a perfume, it will be a new one.

I buy all my video games on Amazon. Cheaper and more convenient. No driving to bestbuy, etc. i get to buy at any time. it arrives quick, and most importantly, you are saved from going to a store and the item being sold out. whenever i go to a store, they never have the games that i am looking for (usually)

one time i bought my prerogative : greatest hits 2cds edition from a seller and the seller only sent me the cds , i was so angry because that seller didn't say anything about the missing case and booklet
