Guest Zooey Deschanel Posted October 10, 2014 #51 Report Posted October 10, 2014 doesn't meant it was a good song, she sounded like she inhaled helium while recording your opinion is subjective, it's ironic how you say 'it's your opinion' when it differs from yours and you try to put yours as the objective one hits =/= quality if that's the case, then she should stick with mir.i.am i still want a hit song and i know the quality of it will be great u're all pissed just because its iggy not madonna or someone else...
Brian.TheDog Posted October 10, 2014 #52 Report Posted October 10, 2014 i still want a hit song and i know the quality of it will be great it could be, but if she's going to, she should with someone of quality and credibility, not someone who's in just for the sake of it it'll make her look as desperate as other artists like madonna
Guest Zooey Deschanel Posted October 10, 2014 #53 Report Posted October 10, 2014 it could be, but if she's going to, she should with someone of quality and credibility, not someone who's in just for the sake of it it'll make her look as desperate as other artists like madonna or she could actually PROMOTE as she used to she could make a song as all of u... fans with an odd taste would like but it would be nothing without promotion. if she makes a song with a hot artist, it will instantly get a promotion from the media
David Posted October 10, 2014 #55 Report Posted October 10, 2014 I have really mixed feelings. I always loved when Britney worked with rappers on her music but Iggy is simply not a good rapper. She usually just downgrades to short verses like in Fancy or Booty and she always sounds so fucking bored. I mean, yeah, we all know she's currently on her peak and it would be good for Britney's career but it would also make her look desperate to stay on top of the charts. I would prefer a male rapper to appear on the track instead.
ToxicQueens Posted October 10, 2014 #56 Report Posted October 10, 2014 Yes i'm here for Iggy collab if the song is urban and not dance/edm! And I want badassney like in the S&S remix video!!!
Mr American Dream Posted October 10, 2014 #57 Report Posted October 10, 2014 Maan. I am in love with Iggy atm. Booty and Black Widow are slaying me as fuck. She is hot, my opinion, and I would love a collab between her and Britney.
gimmework Posted October 10, 2014 #58 Report Posted October 10, 2014 thats ur opinion but that doesnt mean that the song wont be awesome I agree! The song could be really awesome! Plus Iggy is a huge Britney stan, she calls Brit out in a few of her songs, which is pretty cool!
LiaLovesGodney Posted October 10, 2014 #59 Report Posted October 10, 2014 Yes i'm here for Iggy collab if the song is urban and not dance/edm! And I want badassney like in the S&S remix video!!! Britney can be badass on her own. Just let Danja get ahold of the track.
Caroline77 Posted October 10, 2014 #60 Report Posted October 10, 2014 Uhmm.. I'm not so sure about this.. Last video Iggy did with J-lo was trashy as hell.. Actually it made me think less of J-lo as an entertainer. It was really gross and vulgar. I don't britney to do a similar video, Please! And I wish britney would stop collaborating so much with other artists. I miss alone-ney, fierceney, oops-ney, slave-ney! Not Will-iam-ney, Rihanna-ney. If she does it, I really hope it doesn't go overboard. (Song and\or video) The song is called "booty", what did you expect ?! And it's a J-lo song not a Iggy song so that's also a difference. And you said in another comment you dont want Britney to be dressed like a stripper, but did you forget she's almost naked in most of her videos!? Like WB the silver outfit was just awful and actually looked like a stripper outfit. The one that i think to the most is "3" because she's dressed almost the same they are dressed in "booty". What makes the difference is what they do in the video, and obviously Britney will never do that. Actually i dont even understand how you could be scared Britney would do something very trashy/vulgar, dont you know at least a little the person you are supposedly fan of? Anyway, i am ok with this tbh, especially if it's Iggy feat Britney. It bothers me when it's on Britney's album because i like when there's no collab, but if it's not on her album it could even be katy perry or other basic bitches i'm totally fine with this because it will bring her exposition (something she desperately needs after BJ, and since she doesnt want to do promo, she needs collabs.). Let her release basic generic stuff with basic bitches so she will probably be on the charts, and like that she can do (i hope) something less generic for her album and she will have exposition thanks to the collabs.
gimmework Posted October 10, 2014 #61 Report Posted October 10, 2014 this fanbase is sometimes full of negativity and pesimism TBH ..THIS!!!!! I mean c'mon ppl we are talking about new Britney music! Get excited! There's no reason to be so pessimistic. Whether you love/hate or don't give a rats ass about Iggy doesn't really matter. The song could still be epic and I highly doubt Iggys presence on the track will change that, I mean radio will undoubtedly release an edited version without her rap anyway and then you all can listen to that version and pretend the other never existed. I think it's likely that the track would be a high quality pop smash because the record label would undoubtedly want it as a single option to cash in since Iggy is so popular right now. That is a good thing!!! With all the competition out there we want Britney to keep getting dibs on the BEST songs right? Plus Iggy is a Britney fan and calls her out in a few songs so it could be worse...
Babydoll Posted October 10, 2014 #62 Report Posted October 10, 2014 Yes and No, yes because Iggy is insanely famous atm, no because she makes shit music and is basic as shit. Britney could use her well to get into the mainstream top charts, but then I'm scared its a double edged sword , she may go too basic and flop idk if I want it or not This tbh I mean, if this is true, I'm gonna support the song and I'm gonna listen it a lot. cuz I'm a Britney fan But I hope it's not true :ooyeah:
britney_rox Posted October 10, 2014 #63 Report Posted October 10, 2014 I would love an Iggy and Britney collab. I have this album idea sorted out that Britney would release 4 albums in one year, but all apart of the same album. The first disc a little more hip hop influenced, the second is a pop record, third is a little more indie pop and anything Britney'd want to try and the fourth would be a mix of those three. Each album would be a piece of Britney if you will. I would call the album "The Britney Project". Two of the collab ideas I have are reworking demos Pull Out and Dramatic. Rework Dramatic to feature Iggy and rework Pull Out to have two features, Eminem as a stand alone and another artist that will "audition" for another part. For my idea I have Timbaland, Fergie, Snoop Dogg, Wiz Khalifa, Madonna, T.I. and Iggy Azalea. Each artist would have a different beat or melody for their part. My hope would be that Iggy would be the album feature for my idea and instead of throwing away the other artists' versions that turned out great, put them on a remix EP when the song releases as a single. PS I have a really great video concept for the Pull Out video. 1

If she does collabs, they have to be on point. I'd prefer her work with seasoned artists and not relatively new people like Iggy and Wiz. But overall your idea is cool. 1

Look, I love britney so much.. but she has gone overboard with videos like Slave and my prerogative (Black and white one.) and Gimme more. But the thing is, INMHO, I feel like britney had a more.. innocent sexy vibe (ever since bomt.).. Except with Slave. It's normal to get a bit weirded out after the "booty" song. (Especially since there are so many videos about booties now.) I'm pretty sure i'm not the ony one here who doesn't want that collab. I have no clue whose song it was (j-lo's or iggy) because frankly, I couldn't get half way through the video(and song) let alone bother to look it up. I didn't even know who iggy was before that video. Anyway, for some reason, I feel like this new album will have some promos to go with it..

Richie Posted October 10, 2014 #69 Report Posted October 10, 2014 less generic for her album and she will have exposition thanks to the collabs. This!!!! Britney is a mainstream artist, let her have hits even if it's with Iggy or will. And I hope she saves the good stuff for álbum 9 I love scream and shout even if it's generic as fuck, but It slayed the world and Britney looked beautiful in both videos so I'n fine (that doesn't mean I don't love her "real" stuff like Someday or Breath on me for example) And to Iggy!!!! I like all of the songs that I've listened with her featured 1
It's Jc Bitch! Posted October 10, 2014 #70 Report Posted October 10, 2014 I got that boom boom is horrible imo and i prefer solo version of boys 1

LiaLovesGodney Posted October 10, 2014 #73 Report Posted October 10, 2014 Bitch please everyone loves it... :gloria:
CIRCUS Posted October 10, 2014 #74 Report Posted October 10, 2014 Bitch please everyone loves it... and because everyone loves this song it means I have to love it as they do?
Miss Dalloway Posted October 10, 2014 #75 Report Posted October 10, 2014 I don't like the idea but if this is true i will buy it, promote it to my friends, be supportive about it and all. Maybe it will be an awesome song, idk, i just don't have a very good feeling about it. And please don't call me pessimistic because of this post.
