why does the media call Sam Lutfi Britney's "ex-manager" when in court it was proven that he was never her manager to begin with?

all he showed in court  was apiece of paper he had typed out and printed off his own computer claiming he was her manager and it  wasn't even signed by Britney!

am I the only one that gets annoyed when they do this? :4music:

Im such a :flop: , I swore he was her manager around the VMA's :o , wasn't he

He claimed he was and sued her for manager fees but lost his case therefore he was never her manager

And as far as the op goes - I completely agree. Sam is nothing more than an opportunist parasite who weasels his way into the lives of sick people and uses them to feel important/powerful. He's dangerous, more so than any drug

He was NEVER her manager really, BUT they had an oral agrement I think, and he can only blame himself he never made her sign something. He was allowed to use her money and he gave himself a LOT more money than Jamie gets! He just took control of her life as a friend and THAT is what makes him disturbing and manipulating. A lot of "let me take care of this so you don't have to".

He wasn't officially her manager but he acted like one at the time. He was the one that got her radio interviews and stuff (except for the VMAs, her record label was the one that forced her to perform)

why can't he just die, and leave these poor girls alone :crying1:

He needs to feel powerful and important. That's why he goes after sick women who he can easily manipulate into feeling as if their lives depend on him, it's disgusting

He is absolutely vile and should not be given any credit for Britney's recovery or Amanda's recent hospitalization (he tricked her into coming to the hospital). I'm sure this piece of sh*t always has the most disgusting of intentions. Whatever he does is to benefit himself, not the sick woman he is leeching off of. Human parasitism at it's worst.
