In my opinion it sounds live, I was doubting but when she sings "is over me", how she sings "me" is different from the original song, also is like she stops just for a little and then "meeeee", what do you think guys?

We can't judge from the LQ of the video and sound. Most of the videos that are HD and the sound quality is pretty good you could hear NOTHING. The track is kinda quiet and if she's singing live you would definetely hear it. For example, listen carefully to the end of Womanizer -> the speech before 3 -> the way 3 starts. A huge difference, right? We'd hear if she sings live or not.
