Britney is earning $30M from the Vegas deal but her Vegas POM show is generally grossing $100M from ticket sales. After paying for Britney, her dancers and promotion, their profit would be about $50M thanks to the small fixed production cost.

I heard she got $25 M from the FF tour which grossed $70M due to the expensive production & transportation cost for your comparision. Britney is actually earning more $$$ with POM show without travelling from city to city, country to country.

BTW, After 100 shows, there are ~ 100 x 5,000 = 500,000 people attend the show and those who bought tickets to see her are really rich because they have to spend a thousand dollars to go to Vegas. Some of them are famous celebs from many countries and many of them are non-fans who might buy her new music next year (potential consumers).
