This song is really special to me because I feel it is about an applicable topic that we can all relate to.. we are all on our phones way more than we even realize because it has become such a natural activity... myself included! We're in this generation of documenting (what seems like) every aspect of our lives.. But it can really take away from living in the moment! I get recording a few of your favorite songs at a concert.. But next you notice, your hand is raised in the air recording the whole thing,that's when you sort of lose that experience of actually *being* there and hearing it with your own ears... you know? This song isn't to tell anyone to stop or change their ways, but just to open our eyes & if we're going to be watching at all times... you may as well put your best foot forward!

 

I think the song is amazing, she really did grow up and starting to find her sound. Her falsetto in the song is amazing.

 

Do you think Britney still remembers her? I hope she do and tweets about her, she is a star in the making

My favorite from Britney's team on X Factor is Beatrice Miller, though she did say something not that positive about Britney but she's just a kid and i believe she genuinely loves Brit.I heard she will release (or has already released?) an EP..

As big of a "flop" Britney's stint on X-Factor was, that 2nd season did produce some individuals/groups that are out doing their thing and trying to make a name for themselves.  When will The Voice?

I don't think this is an actual studio version? It seems it's just the filmed version of her live stage it but via multi cameras. I still love it and the song. Carly wrote this song and all of her originals so far

I think her voice is like that in this song because she sings in lower register then ever before, 80% of a song is in falesetto, she never did use it on X Factor.

 

She mostly did sing in her higher range and hit diva notes in every performance, its a nice change

Yeah but this Carly song is not a studio Version unlike the Bea Miller Songs. It's just a live version. Carly's music is still being held hostage by Simon for not wanting to be an AC Cover singer. 

 

I do really enjoy the Bea song though And she always had the most potential to hit (a cool cool Combination of talent and Charisma) though she was ill on the show since she didn't know how to take care of her voice.

I'm surprised that after two years she looks and sounds almost the same, you usually change a lot in a short time when you're that young! 

I really liked Carly, she deserved to win, and you could tell that Britney really adored her. It would be really nice to see them together again!
