Regarding Her Conservatorship, What If Her Dad Suddenly Dies ?

her co-conservator is a lawyer named andrew wallet, her brother is a trustee and her mother isn't involved in anything regarding this matter at all

I would think there would be an emergency hearing to re-establish conservatorship, but as others have metioned, there are co-conservators, so there's a secure succession of conservatorship in place.

I do hope that one day it will end, in which the situation is not messy and Britney is granted legal control over at least her personal life. It does however seem to only be in name now, which is good.

The conservatorship isn't 100% bad for Brit i don't think, i think when you have as much money and power as Brit does, it can be useful to have someone there to help you make choices with money + career etc. but obviously, it's just not under good circumstances

her brother won't be controlling her affairs, he's simply a trustee to her money. larry and adam are not involved in the conservatorship at all.

. I thank you! It bothers me when ppl say what a great dad and he saved her life; he is a pathetic excuse for a man and a father...he's an alcoholic and no one seems to care she had his back for real NOT FOR MONEY!!!!

i'm sure it is more than likely that he is required due to being a  guardian  to have a will stating who would take his place if he dies. since it is not like a parental guardian parents don't have to state in a will who will have custody of their child of you die. he is a legal guardian so he more than likely would have planned a chain of succession. but i am surprised it has continued for so long because most popstars who become wealthy are actually not that bright and yet they manage their finances with out a conservatorship. and britney in my opinion is not stupid  look  at jessica simpson she is as thick as a plank of wood and other female artists .i'm sure there are plenty of stupid male artists too who manage their business like how many ex boybanders are there. also how many managers has she what do they do does she not have a team of managers what do they manage if the financial side of britney inc is looked after by someone else.
