For the singles, probably. But for the albums, absolutely not. Back in the day you had to buy the album to listen to the other songs on it (songs that weren't singles), now, not only you have a 30seconds snippet for each songs on the album but you also can buy them individually. So, if you're not satisfied with the snippets you probably won't buy the album, and if you only liked 3 songs, you won't buy the album but only those 3 songs.

Digital music is one of the reason why album sales decreased a lot, you know. Also, with itunes, it means internet, meaning illegal downloading.

Plus, for albums, physical sales are still today more important than digital sales. Only singles are selling more digitally than physically. Album are still physically bought.

I never understood the point to buy a digital album anyway, i mean it doesn't even exist, it's not real, you can't touch it, you can delete it as fast as you bought it, it's like spending money for literally nothing. What's the point to pay for "nothing" while you can have it free, seriously ? That's why i prefer to buy physical album, i have it in my hand, i know i put my money in something real, that i can see, and not something that doesn't even exist.

All of this was awesome to read and very on point.  The last part I bolded made me realize I've yet to purchase an album all year because music is so easily accessible online, the mastered for iTunes versions are up days sometimes weeks before official release dates so what is the point? Like you I rather purchase actual albums verses having them digitally, but now there's only a select few that will make me do it.   BEYONCÉ and Britney Jean are the last two albums I've purchased physically, every other pop release since has been a right-click-download-file save.
