I have to say that I never really liked that song, but I'm really happy with the succes that it got! It really sucks that it never got nominated at any award show, it was such a big hit, it deserved it

I was about to make an Scream&Shout thread today bc I heard it on the radio! 

I love S&S   mainly bc it was the first song that britnet released while I was a fan, since I became a fan after FF.
the slayage of it tbqfh   i still don't know how it happened   I mean, it's a good song but Will is not that relevant (all of his singles flopped except for s&s ) and I used to think it was bc of britney, but if it was bc of britney wtf happened with Work Bitch? maybe it was the premiere on Xfactor, I don't know, anyway I love the video britney looks georgeous, and I made my friends love the song (well the whole world loved it) but I was glad to listen to it everywere

Didn't the song debut the day after Thanksgiving? So all signs were pointing for "Scream & Shout" to flop.  Instead it was a slow & steady rise before becoming a smash hit, plus the song was heavily featured in those Beat headphones ads which helped propelled it on iTunes.  The remix started a mini trend having a bunch of rappers + one female singer (Rihanna's "Pour it Up" remix, Beyoncé's "I Been On") too.  The only time will.i.am and Britney (bitch) worked well together and it paying off.
