It makes me laugh Taylor fans are now saying it's the only thing Britney has left. Let's be real here, people are focusing on that record because it's the ONLY record Britney holds that has any possibility to still be broken. :yaknow:

Call me when someone is able to snatch:

• Best Selling Album by a Teenage Solo Artist - ...Baby One More Time
• Fastest Most No. 1 Singles on UK chart by a Teenage Female Solo Artist
• Best Selling Teenage Artist of all time
• Most Searched Person on the Internet (2003–2009)
• Youngest Female Artist To Have SIX ( Femme Fatale is the latest) Of Her Albums Reach #1 On The Music Charts.
• Youngest female musician to have the most US number 1 albums in music history.

Her second album "Oops I did it Again" is the second biggest debut week for an album by any solo artist.
She is statistically the most famous person in the world of the new millennium.
She was the first musician to reach number 1 on Forbes 100 most powerful celebrities list.
She was the youngest celebrity to ever have a star on the walk of fame.
She has the most retired #1 music videos ever, she has 15 retired #1 music videos.

Britney was the youngest female artist to have her first three albums debut at #1, a record that was later broken by Spears herself with her fourth album Debuting at #1.

She was the youngest female artist in history to have 5 albums debut at #1 which is a record that was also later broken by Spears herself with her seventh studio album Femme Fatale.

Britney Spears is also the only act ever to have collaborated with Michael Jackson and Madonna, the king and Queen of pop.

while i will admit it's impressive how much taylor sold, especially considering the times we're in now, she has never and will never come close to the amount of things britney accomplished at her age.

This.

And isn't she also the first female artist to have her first four studio albums debut at #1?

Beyoncé may have her first five at #1, but Britney was the first. And youngest.

:bomt:

Britney was pretty much the youngest -- if not first -- to accomplish pretty much anything of importance in pop music.

Taylor or any other basic pop star can break one of her records, but the Queen still did it first... and better.

I'm still salty about Blackout because then Brit would have all 7 of her actual albums be at number 1 :yakno: I think fans should get together one of these days and try to make it number 1 on an off music week #justiceforgodout

Me too. I'm so bitter about that. My sister thinks I'm nuts because I complain about it every time I listen to Blackout.

I wish we could make that happen, but I'm not sure how likely it would be.

We should all try to make sure album #9 makes it to #1. I would diiiiiie if Britney could break her own record and outsell TSwift.

If her fans are pressed now, they'd be beyond furious if that happened.

1.4 million on a first week? Come on :frenchy: We'd have much better luck getting Blackout # 1 when albums these days can debut at number 1 with 50k.
