How Are People Chosen To Go On Stage For Freakshow?

How are people picked to go on stage to be Britney's slave for  Freakshow ?? I know sometimes when celebrities are there, she'll use them but what about when it's a regular audience member? Is it really just at random?

I think so they just choose a random guy who they think is hot/good looking and have them go up there.

I think so, but more than looks, just have fun and dance and make it look like you're an outgoing, happy person if you want to be picked or something.
