There is nothing wrong with that and it's pretty sure it's not BS lol. It's not sad at all, in the contrary it's good, it's to prevent scandals, to prevent people to talk about personal stuff or things like that to media etc.. Britney isn't the only one, most of celebs make people sign these things. Even Britney's dancers had to sign this. It's the rule number one to make people sign this when you are someone like Britney Spears.

I dont know why they are talking about it tho, i mean it's not like it was something secret and uncommom, as i said, lot of celebs make people sign this. The rumor was started on Monday by RadarOnline, which alleged that Spears’ dad Jamie, who’s also her conservator, vetted his daughter’s new boyfriend.

According to the webloid, Ebersol understood the drill and passed Jamie Spears’ tests. The site further says that the Spears patriarch even offered to pick up the tab for Ebersol’s legal fees, if he wanted a lawyer to look over the confidentiality agreement. Of course, Ebersol is the son of legendary NBC producer Dick Ebersol, who’s not only one of the nicest guys in the TV business, but also he’d have no problem finding a high-powered attorney look over any such document, if it existed. But it does not. More importantly, Britney Spears’ dad did not have Charlie Ebersol checked out or sign a confidentiality agreement.

As Gossip Cop reported last week, the romance between Spears and Ebersol is relatively new, but the couple is happy. They’ve both shared smiling photos of themselves together on Instagram.

Ebersol, like his dad, is also in the TV business, producing reality shows that include â€œThe Moment†and “The Great Escape.†In 2004, he survived a plane crash that claimed the life of his younger brother Teddy. Why is everyone so surprised that he was made to sign an NDA? Seems like a logical and smart move to me, considering that Britney is one of the most exploited celebrities in the world. This girl can't even go out wearing sweats without the whole world jumping on her on how messy she looks for wearing sweats. Literally every move of hers is scrutinized and bashed (and this is obviously proven as shown in the comments below). She's an easy target and it's almost become cool to make fun of her for being crazy despite the fact that her breakdown was eight years ago. Maybe if people laid off of her for a change she wouldn't have to be so protected.

it's needed britney needs to avoid tabloid stories in order to stop paps from stalking her again.if her personal life becomes entertainment again  mainstream the paps will feed the need and stalk her.i personally think simon cowell signed a confidentially agreement as well because when people were asking if britney was going to be coming back again i could see that he kind of insulted her in a passive way without revelling too much to get in trouble. a pity they didn't get that hussy adrianna baloon to sign one.
