Actually, I love the GMA one :

:crying1:

Gosh, I miss her promoting her albums so much! :crying1: Everytime she does it, the albums don't fail in sales and the GP love them! :crying1:

Actually, the Femme Fatalr promo performances drove the sales down. :orangu: So I can see why they avoided it for Vegas.

That isn't an excuse for her not to promote her next album with performances, though. It's honestly embarrassing that she's the only artist not doing it. I doubt Vegas really prevents her to do promo performances, too.

all of the till the world ends performances were good, hold it against me was hit or miss and big fat bass was just dreadful

Had she at least done HIAM with as much energy as on tour, it would've been fine. The HIAM performances ironically turned out to be some of her best post-breakdown.

Mmm, I doubt. I mean, I bet that people were expecting Circus' fierceness and that type of Britney and when FF era came, they were disappointed, can't even think of the meltdowns in the Britney forums lol. BUT OVERALL! the era is good, I liked it and I became a fan, it attracted lots of new people in the BArmy and yeah. I have N0 idea what the GP thought about those performances and am no aware of the FF sales before and after the promo performances but who cares, still did very well, I think. :D

I was in the audience for those performances! It's funny cause there was a lot of staging going on. Like they wanted to film the crowd cheering and screaming.  They made us do like five takes, cause each time the crowd wasn't loud enough or the timing was off. Also, the announcer guy asked the crowd to stick around cause they wanted to tape the till the world ends performance again for some reason, but then they decided not to. It's weird cause in-person the performances seemed really cool and there was so much going on, but on tape it didn't look as exciting. It was still a lot of fun, and britney danced well. Although, I think she was really sick that day. If you've watched the other footage where she did little skits with jimmy, you can tell her voice sounds really nasally. I can post really crappy pics and video if y'all want.

*update*  here are my terrible pics from the night.

Yeah, I think she was sick during that time, that's why she didn't give her all and she looked a little off. When the Femme Fatale tour started just a couple of months later she looked so much better and she had 10 times more energy!

I hated those. I was SOOO excited for this and she looked bored actually. The big stage and production made that performance because clearly she wasn't into it. She looked a little sick that day :crying1: and i thought those outfits weren't flattering, but they were kind of cute.

I remember predictions for the opening sales of Femme Fatale were lowered after the promo performances :yaknow:

It was okay though like I said. If she looked prettier, people would have brushed it off.

I wonder if the choreographers cant do better choreo for the chorus in TTWE.. They just move their shoulders, this song is for going crazy dancing to it!! and they just do that..  :smokeney:

I  never thought it was bad - just lacked the energy she usually has.

Wasn't she sick around this time tho like I recall that she did interviews and you could tell by how awfully nasally she was that she was sick so that's why.

Which is fair - we all have our sick days and I find it so bad that people attack all her bad ones - why do we not bring back the amazing ones all the time :)

BTW - it has been a while - how are you?
