WHO CARES? The song is one of the best of FF  :bomt:  :xf9:  :iconic:  :fyea:  :lips5:  :Iconic2:  :gimmemore: :twerkney:

Idk. I think How I Roll is funny with "feel the earthquake, gonna make ur body shake", "can we get fly, helicopter in the sky" and "I wanna go downtown where my posse's at, because I've got nine lives like a kitty cat". Like seriously, is downtown so dangerous that u need nine lives...? :wut:

On a side note, I'm nearly dead at lyric sites saying

"we can make love tonight...you can be my thug tonight" instead of "you can be my f**k tonight" :gloria:

That's terrible

I thought it was "downtown where my pussy's at", because she follows it up with "9 lives like a kitty cat" :gloria:

:trollney: I'm just kidding but the first time I hear the song I thought those were the lyrics

At first I thought OP was using DDB as a pejorative of TTB (Dick Dick Boom) and I would've totally agreed on that too because Tik Tik Boom is probably one of the greatest lapses of judgment in Britney's musical career. But Drop Dead Beautiful is equally cringeworthy, if not more so. Who the fuck invited Sabi to be a part of anything anywhere anyways?

Totally forgot about TTB. Says a lot about that song really :orangu:

Ikr? Where did Sabi even come from? She's also absolutely terrible live, maybe that's why we haven't heard from her since :gloria:

At least DDB is a fun, catchy song that just has some terrible, yet hilarious lyrics :pieceofwhat:

Yeah, Femme Fatale sounds really good, but the lyrics are kinda corny for about half of the songs. :ummlol:

Lyrically, I think her best albums are Circus, Blackout, ITZ, and Britney (but all for different reasons).

Exactly. The silly lyrics kinda ruin the album for me. :lmfaoo:  Those albums you mentioned are her best works. Blackout, of course, will always be flawless  :pieceofwhat:

It's a funny song tbh :xf2: , the lyrics are perfect for the song, cuz you just wanna dance and have a good time :xf7::swag::howiroll: :cutelaugh:

The lyrics of this song are better than anaconda's, and deeper than Taylor's lyrics tbh :queenflopga:

But yeah, I guess it's just a song you can't take too seriously, and it's just a really fun and cool and funky song :queenflopga:

I get that the lyrics aren't always poetry but some of these lyrics really get to the point of the song.

Sabi's Vegetables aside, DDB is just tongue and cheek girls treating Boys like boys treat girls. I do not like the song though. It's ghetto camp.

TTB is just plain sex. It's stripped the metaphor and is open about hot, Nothing romantic sex. The lyrics fit the music and energy of the track.

How I roll is Metaphors and word play but also a song about having a great time with your guy. I love the song and it's lyrics.

The Big fat bass is also about sex and the lyrics fit the theme. It's not as bad as some make it.

IMO It should be easy is so misunderstood. I just don't understand how that song could be in this thread at all. It's about a girl who whats things the way she wants them and she knows she will lose her mind if the relationship isn't perfect. And a guy telling her love should be easy Don't complicate it with all that need and worry. The lyrics are catchy and cool and meaningful. The song just doesn't belong on a Britney album since she is pretty much a feature.

My Baby just needed one word changed: I  feel your breath, it makes me cry.

She did that one song with Cobra Starships that was painfully 2010-2011ish, and it was basically the epitaph on the tombstone tbh. RIP Sabi 20never-20backthen

I get why you might not like the Mark my territory but the song is about leaving her scent, her impression on the guy so that the other girl can't help but notice. And making sure others know this boy is her territory is what she wants to do. She is spraying the perfume all over herself and then laying with her Boyfriend. The Marking ones territory is common. The Mark my Territory is perfect for a song about scent marking.

That's really true tbh! BFB isn't that bad, or as bad as DDB imo. But yeah I get that songs like DDB aren't trying to be lyrical masterpieces, and it is a fun song, but it's fun to have a laugh at some of the lyrics :)

Agreed on ISBE, lyrically it isn't bad at all, but production wise and auto tune wise :displeased::ipass:

That would've been a lot better :madonnagu:

I actually like that line. It makes a lot of sense in the context of the song, like you've just explained!
