britneystanstan Posted November 17, 2014 #11 Report Posted November 17, 2014 OK. After doing some research, yes, this guy IS a legend. He was really ahead of his time and was apparently one of the first to use the incredibly-abused synthesizer today. His track record includes this iconic song This Kenny Rogers classic

britneystanstan Posted November 17, 2014 #13 Report Posted November 17, 2014 He is considered by many as the FATHER of electronic music. What an honor! He also produced this record... in 1978.

His most known work are those and that Tom Cruise movie song, but he's very much electro so hopefully, some forward thinking electro with an 80s throwback vibe. This is his DJ set from last year. Kinda cute to watch him still DJ-ing Edit: It's not the best DJ set, but I like some of the stuff he did to the songs

britneystanstan Posted November 17, 2014 #23 Report Posted November 17, 2014 This is his most recent works? I like the Donna Summer remix, but it feels a bit overproduced towards the end? I hope his production doesn't overpower Britney and instead complements it. His work with Daft Punk
