I don't get why people call Artpop a flop album... I'm not a Gaga fan but it sold over 2,5 million copies worldwide if I'm not wrong so it's not a flop at all.

Mariah Carey's album is one of her best she's released in a really long time, J-Lo's is an unfocused mess, and Britney's was DOA. Know nothing about the other two.

 

I officially dislike Taylor Swift, how her basic ass music is being hailed left and right is irking the hell out of me. She's not a strong singer nor can she dance/entertain... so what's the appeal? I can't.

I don't either, I am a Gaga fan though so I thought I was biased. People just like to egg on her because they want her to permanently stay in her Fame Monster era tbh. 2.5 mil copies by today's standards is very successful.

I think the album is good, like the songs individually (except Jewels & Drugs), I think it was a little scattered and didn't flow as well as her other albums, so her singles at least one of them should've been nominated but whatever we're in this neverending Taylor Swift era.

The Grammys are complete shit today   but I really  did not expect a one nomination to Britney Jean because every  B-army knows it's the worst britney's album but after  see this shit Avril lavigne earned a nomination for HELLO KITTY?   so, Work  bitch is a masterpiece ahead of that song and even perfume is much better than many nominees, anaconda of nicki is nominated   Grammys has changed the quality by popularity ​  Mj was right when he said that the Grammys are purchased and are unfair   at least in the late 90's and early 00's not always won the ''popular'' or ''the hits'' I remember that many artist  became worldwide famous after win o get a nominations in the Grammys.

I understand that her previous albums sold much more copies than Artpop but like you've just said, 2,5mln is a REALLY good amount considering the fact that nowadays streaming is a big thing and people don't buy albums anymore because they can just find it on the web without paying for it
